Each package has its own revision policy. Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our system. The exact time for revisions depends on your package.

Revisions start once the order is marked as "Waiting for Customer Approval" You can request revisions by contacting your Project Manager via email, ensuring the original requirements are met.

You can make personal changes to the content after delivery but before publishing. The content is delivered in Word format, and you keep the rights to it.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve issues effectively. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Minor Errors: Refunds won’t be given for minor errors, like grammatical mistakes or low word count.
• Client-Related Delays: We aren’t responsible for delays caused by clients, and refunds won’t be provided.
• Lack of Concern: Refunds won’t be accepted if you haven’t submitted a concern about the delivered work.
• Additional Requirements: If delays are caused by new requirements or unreasonable demands, refunds won’t be given.
• Tips: Refunds won’t be accepted for tips given to our team.

• Before Work Starts: If you want a refund before we start working, you can request it within one business day of placing the order. Email us to make this request.
• After Work Starts: Refunds will only be considered if you have used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be given.

We guarantee timely delivery. If a project is late and you’ve made at least three attempts to contact us, you may get a 50% refund if you can prove the delay was our fault.

• Client-Related Delays: Refunds won’t be given for delays caused by the client.
• Mutual Agreement: Refunds will be settled through mutual agreement.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds or discounts may be offered.

We strive for high-quality work. If you request at least three revisions and communicate your concerns to our support team three times within two weeks, we will consider a refund.
